Shipping, Payments & Returns Policies

Order Fulfilment

  • For all orders placed online before noon on business day D, orders will be shipped out same day by 5pm. 
  • For all orders placed after noon on business day D, orders will be shipped out by 12pm on D+1 
  • For all orders placed on weekends and public holidays, orders will be shipped out the next working day.

Working Time Zone: GMT+8, Working Hours Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm

Grade of Magnets

All the Neo raw magnets in our store are of Grade 52 unless otherwise specified. N52 is stable and significantly more powerful (and slightly more expensive) than the Grade 35, 40 or 45 on offer at most other stores. We make no compromises on the grade of the material. A higher grade and more powerful material allows you to design your applications with a smaller and neat footprint.

Currency

We have tried to accommodate most international currencies acceptable to major credit cards and Paypal.

Cash on Delivery

Currently we do not accept cash on delivery at the point of delivery unless the items are self-collected from our retail outlet.

For usual online orders opting for Bank Transfer or Paynow payments, we will proceed to fulfil the orders only upon full payment in prior.

Taxation

GST (Goods & Services Tax) at prevailing rates (8% in 2023 & 9% in 2024) will apply for customers purchasing & taking delivery in Singapore. There will be no outbound tax for customers residing and shipping outside of Singapore.

Prices including delivery are exclusive of any customs or import duties charged at the destination countries. Buyers are requested to familiarize themselves with their countries' prevailing import laws for residential and/or commercial shipments.

Returning your magnets

If you inadvertently made a mistake in your order

Relax. That's ok! Mistakes do happen. Supreme Magnets will accept returns on all magnets in original and resalable condition within 30 days of purchase.  However, shipping fees are not refundable.  There will be a $10.00 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is greater, for all returned items.  Please email us at info@suprememagnets.com to receive an RMA number before returning any products. All magnets must be shipped in a box in order to comply with international shipping and carrier regulations. Returns in an envelope or padded envelope will not be accepted. Return refund processing can take 3-4 weeks, from receipt of the return, as all products are individually inspected for damage/use.

Neodymium magnets are prone to breaking due to mishandling so extra caution must be exercised during packaging the shipment. We will not accept returns on magnets that have been damaged in transit due to improper handling, incorrect packing or those that show signs of wear. Custom orders are not eligible for return unless the products do not meet the original specifications.

Please be sure to provide a complete and correct shipping address.  Any order returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address supplied or an undeliverable address will be refunded the value of the order less shipping and any return shipping charges.  If you would like the order reshipped, we require that you pay another shipping fee, as postage for returned items is not refunded by the carrier.  Any shipments refused by addressee are also subject to shipping and return shipping charges.

If we inadvertently made a mistake in your order

We can make mistakes too. If we sent you the wrong magnets, we will refund the amount you spend to return the shipment to us.  Sometimes if it is a few units, it may be best to just let you keep the magnets than for you to go to the trouble of returning them, while we go about correctly resending your items.

NOTE:  When you return magnets for any reason you are responsible for shielding the magnets so that the box is not magnetic at the surface.  The best way to test this is to use a paper clip around the outer edges of the box and see if the clip sticks to the side of the box on any side.  If a paper clip sticks, it is too magnetic and needs more sheet metal or a larger box. 

Also, any magnets will be better off if you place them in the center of the box and use packing material the will prevent the magnets from sliding to an edge of the box.
